GOAL
In 2020, Eureka! identified a gap in the market for a curated whiskey experience tailored to craft spirit connoisseurs. There was growing demand for high-quality, small-batch American whiskeys, but limited access for enthusiasts to discover and enjoy them in a personalized, consistent way during a challenging time for restaurants due to the pandemic.
CHALLENGE
The challenge was to build a premium subscription service that captured Eureka!’s brand values while resonating with discerning whiskey enthusiasts. This meant creating a sub-brand from scratch, crafting a distinct identity, and establishing a strong digital presence to reach a niche audience. We also faced the task of designing packaging and communication materials that would elevate the customer experience and reflect the sophistication of the product.
Solution
To bring Eureka!’s vision for a premium whiskey membership to life, we launched The Whiskey Club, offering curated monthly shipments of small-batch American whiskeys. We developed a distinct brand identity, including logo design, digital assets, and a cohesive social media presence, supported by a targeted marketing campaign. Each box was thoughtfully designed to deliver more than just spirits, featuring educational inserts and branded merchandise to enrich the at-home experience. The result was a seamless, immersive solution that transformed casual consumers into an engaged and growing community of whiskey enthusiasts
